The Loop is a culture and lifestyle guide that gives anyone who picks it up a glimpse into locals’ lives … while suggesting ways to enjoy all Southwest Montana has to offer on your way to Yellowstone National Park.

The Loop starts in Whitehall, located along I-90. From there, you have two options – head southwest to Twin Bridges and on to Sheridan, Alder, Virginia City and Ennis, or make your way southeast and visit Three Forks, Harrison, Pony and Norris before rolling into Ennis on your way to the park.

In the summer 2016 edition alone, we suggest easy hikes and scenic drives.  We teach you how to fly fish on your own and identify wildflowers.  We also toss in a hearty dash of history about the area – the wild west was real here!
