Ennis-on-the-Madison Fly Fishing Festival

Sept 1-2,  Celebrate the Madison River at the Ennis-on-the-Madison Fly Fishing Festival!

Fly fishing enthusiasts of all ages gather in Ennis on Labor Day weekend for the Ennis-on-the-Madison Fly Fishing Festival.  It is a chance to celebrate the sport and learn tips and techniques from professional casters, fly-tiers, and guides.

Vendors include our great raffle sponsor  Clackacraft, Simms Fishing Company, Winston Rods as well as artists, authors and food purveyors including Pit Stop Pizza and treats from the Pic-a-nic Basket and others.  Eat, mingle, swap fish tales and enjoy a beautiful day in Peter T Park.

The Madison River Foundation is proud to sponsor our ‘Ennis on the Madison’ Fly Fishing Festival each year.   Catch up on our projects and invite a fishing buddy to join the foundation and help forward our mission  “to preserve, protect and enhance the Madison River ecosystem to benefit its wildlife and the people who enjoy it.  We apply professional expertise and advocacy on behalf of worthy public policies to ensure the well-being of this valuable resource.”
